MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCLL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />JANUARX 16, 1986 <br />Present: President Dwayne Woerpel, Councilmen Lackey,. McKay, <br />O'Grady, Saringer, Wilamosky. <br />Also .present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Law Director Michael Gareau, <br />Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council <br />Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Councilmen Rademaker and Ta11on. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Woerpel at 7:35 P.M., <br />in Council Caucus Room, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved to amend the agenda to allow for an appointment to <br />the Landmarks Commission, second by Mr. O~Grady, unanimously approved. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved Council approve the reappointment of Mr. Robert Parry <br />to the Landmarks Commission, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 86-6 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer funds for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1986, <br />and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, <br />second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-6 adopted. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President <br />Woerpel adjourned the Special Council Meeting at 7:45 P.M. <br />lorence E.
