All memtyers of Cecil were present as well as Mayor <br />Petrigac, FinanR.-e Director Boy1:e ar~d Mr. Donald DeBrodt. <br />I. The names of William LaeJs~~y, Muss Biermzn and James Boehner <br />were sutmitted to fill the sett vaa;~ted by Mayor Petrigac. The final <br />vote will be taken at the re~g~ council rneetirlg on January 7th. It <br />was agreed that the a~ ~i be a~anended to acid "appointments" <br />prior to the reports at Tuesday's meeting. <br />2. It was agreed that Mr. Thomas P, O'Grady would became <br />President Pro Tsnct for 1986. <br />3. Appointments to the nine standing crnmittees of Council were <br />approved in accordanfle with the attached list. Council representatives <br />to various crnmissions were also approved as per the attached listing. <br />4. The Mules of Cc~ncil were agreed to as presented, with the <br />following underlined addition: <br />(13) Standing Ccxxmittees. Not later than the second regular <br />meeting of Council, a ncmi.nating committee, consisting <br />of the Council of the Whole, shall appoint nine standing <br />ccmnittees of three members each, of whom the first <br />named shall be Chairman.
