Council Minutes. of 12/6/88 _5_ LEGISLATION (cont'd): Resolution No. 88-132 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 88-132 adopted. Resolution No. 88-133 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons of sodium aluminate for use by the North Olmsted Waste- water Treatment Facilities Plant. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 88-134 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1989. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 88-135 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line., and declaring an emergency. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 88-139 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 1301.01 entitled, "Adoption" of Chapter 1301 entitled, "Building Code of the City of North Olmsted",.and de- claring an emergency. Referred to BZD Committee. Resolution No. 88-140 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. A resolution urging the Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation to take immediate steps to establish a new center line for the relocation of State Route 252, which proposed roadway currently provides for the widening and relocation of State Route 252 in the City of Westlake and new construction within the City of North Olmsted, which project has been thwarted by the re- fusal of the City of Westlake to sign a cooperation agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation, and declaring an emergency.
