And frankly I don't think it's proper for somebody who goes in knowing what the joh entails to j come in and ask for unemployr~ent compensation when in fact--if--if 1 the separation is not due t.o a lack of vJOrk, but a separation is due to the seasonal nature of the employment. And I think that's ': where we are and I think the code (indiscernible) that by saying that that something you can not do. And in fact she has done it, and has been successful in the past. And I suhmit to you the law has been changed as late as 1985 in the section that I just cited. And I would--I would request that you up hold the City's right to deny or at lease contect these benefits because of the (indiscernible) nature of the joh and the fact that it is institutional in nature, and it's bet-reen academic years.
