MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />SEPTEMBER 5, 1989 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilmen Boehmer, O'Grady, <br />McKay, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Public Hearing was called to order by President Saringer at 7:20 P.M. <br />President Saringer announced that the Public Hearing was being held with re- <br />spect to Ordinance No. 89-76 for the proposed issuance by the City of North <br />Olmsted of Industrial Revenue Bonds to finance the costs of the acquisition, <br />construction, installation and equipping of real and personal property <br />comprising an industrial facility for Robert L. Smigel, to be leased to <br />Therm-All, Incorporated, an Ohio corporation, which is engaged in the manu- <br />facture and distribution of faced fiberglass insulation materials. Council <br />is in receipt of a letter, requested by the Community Improvement Corporation, <br />which tentatively approves a request for a stand-by Letter of Credit from <br />National City Bank. <br />Mr. Nick Andreeff, representative from the law firm of Amer, Cunningham .and <br />Brennan, and Mr. Dennis Kasmarek, comptroller and treasurer. of said law firm, <br />were in attendance to answer any questions council might have. <br />Councilman Wilamosky stated that the members of the Community Improvement <br />Corporation unanimously recommend approval of Ordinance No. 89-76. <br />There being no further discussion, President Saringer adjourned the Public <br />Hearing at 7:25 P.M. <br />~• <br />Florence E.
