~, ~ Council Minutes of Special Meeting of 7/6/89 -2- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Resolution No. 89-62 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for a sewer jet to be used for storm sewer and catch basin cleaning, and de- <br />claring an emergency. Mr. Boehmer moved for suspension of rule requiring three <br />readings, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Mr. Boehmer moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 89-62 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 89-64 introduced by Mrs. Babas was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and enter into a lease agreement <br />with Horizons Activity Center for property located at 26272 Butternut Ridge Road, <br />which property is to be used in conjunction with the Handicap Program being de- <br />veloped by Horizons Activity Center, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Babas <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Boehmer, <br />unanimously approved. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 89-64 adopted. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Wilamosky, second by Mr. Bohlmann, <br />unanimously approved. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Saringer <br />adjourned the Special Council Meeting at 8:10 P.M. <br />~• --~ <br />Florence E.
