r- Minutes of Special Council 11/15/90 LEGISLATION (CONTINtTED) Resolution No. 90-152 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A resolution declaring the necessity of an election on the question of approving the passage of an ordinance to amend Sections 1501.0101, 1501.0501, 1501.0502, 1501.1302, 1501.1901, and 1501.2101 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, in order to increase the Municipal Income Tax Rate from one percent to two percent and to increase the Municipal Income Tax Credit to seventy-five percent of the income tax paid to another municipality on income taxed by the City of North 07msted to the extent that the income so paid does not exceed two percent of that taxable incort~, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to table; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 90-152 tabled Ordinance No. 90-153 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance to establish within the Special Revenue Fund Group a "Permanent Improvement atxi Solid Waste Management Fund- Income Tax" and a "Street and Storm Water Drainage Systems Fund. - Income Tax" of the City of North Olmsted for portions of the City's Municipal Income Tax Revenues, and to establish accounts within those funds, and declaring an emergency.
