r- <br />Minutes of Special Council 11/15/90 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINtTED) <br />Resolution No. 90-152 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second <br />reading. A resolution declaring the necessity of an election on the <br />question of approving the passage of an ordinance to amend Sections <br />1501.0101, 1501.0501, 1501.0502, 1501.1302, 1501.1901, and 1501.2101 <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, in order <br />to increase the Municipal Income Tax Rate from one percent to two <br />percent and to increase the Municipal Income Tax Credit to seventy-five <br />percent of the income tax paid to another municipality on income taxed <br />by the City of North 07msted to the extent that the income so paid does <br />not exceed two percent of that taxable incort~, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved to table; second by Mr. Nashar; passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 90-152 tabled <br />Ordinance No. 90-153 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance to establish within the Special Revenue Fund <br />Group a "Permanent Improvement atxi Solid Waste Management Fund- Income <br />Tax" and a "Street and Storm Water Drainage Systems Fund. - Income Tax" <br />of the City of North Olmsted for portions of the City's Municipal Income <br />Tax Revenues, and to establish accounts within those funds, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved to table; second by Mr. Nashar; <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-153 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 90-154 was introduced by Mayor Boyle and given its first <br />reading. An ordinance to amend Sections 1501.0101, 1501.0501, <br />1501.0502, 1501.1302, 1501.1901, and 1501.2101 of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio in order to increase the <br />Municipal Income Tax Rate from one percent to two percent and to <br />increase the Municipal Income Tax Credit to one hundred percent of the <br />income tax paid to another municipality on income taxed by the City of <br />North Olmsted to the extent that the income tax so paid does not exceed <br />two percent of that taxable income, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 90-155 was introduced by Mayor Boyle aril given its first <br />reading.
