Council Minutes of 9/4/90 <br /> <br />Le islation (continued) <br />Or inance No. - 1 introduced by Council was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio of an amendment to Article VI, Section 3 (D) of the <br />Charter providing for the filling of a vacancy in said office for the <br />unexpired term as a result of said vacancy as recommended by the Charter <br />Review Omission arxi declaring an emergency. Mrs. Babas moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; <br />passed unanimously. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />O'Grady; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-118 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-119 introduced by Council was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio of an amerxnt to Article IV, Section 7 (B) of the <br />Charter providing for the procedure for arnend.ing the agenda of special <br />Council meetings as reced by the Charter Review Committee, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mrs. Beringer moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings; second by Mr. O'Grady; passed unanimously. <br />Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Tallon; passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-119 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-120 introduced by Council was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio of an t to Article IV, Section 10 of the <br />Charter providing that the Clerk of Council shall be appointed by and <br />may be moved by a majority of the members of Council eligible to vote, <br />as recc~erxied by the Charter Review Commission and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved <br />for adoption; seconul by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously.
