MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />AUGUST 30, 1990 <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members McKay, Nashar, <br />O'Grady, Tallon. <br />Also Present: Acting Clerk of Council James Burns. <br />Absent: Council Members Babas, Leonard, Saringer. <br />President Boetmier called the special meeting to order at 7 p.m. in <br />Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Or finance No. 90-104 introduced by Mr, Tallon was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing fiords to be transferred from the <br />Facility Plan Step III fund to the Sewer Revenue fund in reimbursement <br />of moneys previously advanced to pay costs of engineering services, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />O'Grady; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-104 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-105 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing investment earnings on the Facility <br />Plan Step III fund, established to pay costs of improvements to the <br />City's sanitary sewer system, to be credited to the Sewer Revernte fund, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-105 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-106 introduced by Mr. <br />reading. An ordinance authorizing cert <br />to abate existing detrimental condition <br />the City in complying with Environmenta <br />relating to inflow and infiltration of <br />sanitary sewer system and to promote t <br />operation of that system; and appropria <br />fund for that purpose.
