MINUTES OF T[IE SPECIAL MEETING OF TES COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID AUGUST 28, 1990 Present: President Pro Tem Babas, Council Members Leonard, McKay, Nashar, O'Grady, Saringer. Also Present: Acting Clerk of Council James Burns. Absent: Council President Boehmer, Councilman Tallon. President Pro Tem Babas. called the special meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North 0]msted, Ohio. LEGISLATION Or finance No. 90-104 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizirkg funds to be transferred from the Facility Plan Step III fund to the Sewer Revenue fund in reimbursement of moneys previously advanced to pay costs of engineering services, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-105 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing investment earnings on the Facility Plan Step III fund, established to pay costs of improvements to the City's sanitary sewer system, to be credited to the Sewer Revenue fund, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-106 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing certain sewer improvements necessary to abate existing detrimental conditions as public „.,;sauces, to assist the City in complying with Environmental Protection Agency requirements relating to inflow and infiltration of storm water into the City's sanitary sewer system and to promote the effective aryl efficient operation of that system; and appropriate money in the Sewer Revenue fund for that purpose. Miscellaneous Business: President Boehmer joined the meeting at 7:08 p.m. Mr. Leonard moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Tallon; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously.
