MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED MAY 9, 1990 Present: President James Boehmer, Councilwoman Bahas, Councilmen Leonard McKay, Nashar, O'Grady, Tallon. Absent: Councilwoman Saringer. Special Meeting of the Council of the City of North Olmsted was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:05 P.M., in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 90-57 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An ordinance providing fvr the issuance and sale of $340,000 notes, in antici- pation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving Great Northern Boulevard, Country Club Boulevard, Victoria Lane and Kennedy Ridge Road, be- tween certain termini, by removing the existing pavement, grading, draining, curbing, preparing the pavement base, paving and constructing and reconstructing storm sewers and sanitary sewers, where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 90-57 adopted. Ordinance No. 90-58 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering and Survey Company for the purpose of preparing plans and specifications for the repair of various streets within the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. Nashar, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 90-58 adopted. Mr. Leonard moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Saringer, second by Mr. Nashar, unanimously approved.
