Council Minutes of 11/19/91 <br />LEGISLATI~T (CONTINUED) <br />Reso ution No. 1- was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the construction of alterations an the HVAC system at City Hall in the City of <br />North 0]msted, acid declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No: 91-173 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the construction of alterations to the firing range at the Police station in the <br />City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-174 was introduced acxi placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer. <br />An ordinance accepting for dedication the Bradley Oak Estates subdivision which <br />includes Oakwood Circle in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-175 was introduced aril. placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance establishing a cci.ty reinvestment area under the provisions of <br />Sections 3735.65 through 3735.70, inclusive of the Ohio Revised Code, designating <br />a Housing Officer, establishing a Comnaanity Reinvestment Council, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-176 was introduced grad placed on first reading by Mr, Tallon. <br />An ordinance to approve current replace~raerat pages to the Codified Ordraaraces; to <br />adopt new matter, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of <br />the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. McKay; <br />passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-176 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-177 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga <br />County General Health District for the year 1992, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readlings and <br />committee review; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved <br />for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-177 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-178 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />A resolution accepting the amounts acad. rates as detP*±~~ned by the Budget <br />Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies acid certifying them to the <br />County Auditor. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and cosatiittee review; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanigx~usly. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 91-178 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-179 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard. <br />An ordinance amending the taxation code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted by anesading Section 1501.0316 entitled "Resident" of Chapter <br />1501.03 entitled "Definitions." <br />Ordinance No. 91-180 was introduced and placed ~ first reading by Mr. Tallon. <br />An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1991. <br />6 <br />~~,~ <br />
