MINUTES OF Tf~ SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />JULY 3, 1991 <br />7 P.M. <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Leonard, Lind, <br />McKay, Nashar. <br />Also Present: Finance Director and Acting Clerk of Council James Burns. <br />Absent: Council Members Bahas, Saringer, Tallon. <br />President Boehmer called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Resolution No. 91-92 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third <br />reading. A resolution adopting the b~iget of the City of North Olmsted <br />for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1992, and submitting the same <br />to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; passed Lman:imously. Resolution <br />No. 91-92 adopted. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Mr. Leonar moved to excuse the absence of Council M~nbers Bahas, <br />Saringer, and Tallon; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to <br />come before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 7:03 p.m. <br />~~ ~~-~ <br />James D.
