MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />JUNE 12, 1991 <br />Present: Council President James Boehmer, Council Members Bahas, <br />McKay, Nashar, Tallon. <br />Also Present: Personnel & Administrative Director Ronald Wi_lamosky, Clerk <br />of Council Barbara Seman. <br />Absent: Council Members Leonard and Saringer. <br />Council President BoeY~nex called the meeting to order at 7:17 p.m. in <br />Council Ch~nbers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordnance No. 91-85 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,775,000 notes, i.n <br />anticipation of the issuance of horde, for the purpose of improving the <br />municipal sanitary sewer system by constructing, reconstructing, rehab- <br />ilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections anti <br />by improving and equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant, together with the <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 91-86 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its secord reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $125,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring a motor <br />vehicle for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public <br />Service. <br />Ordinance No. 91-87 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,300,000 notes, i.n <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain <br />designated streets in the City's street system by grading, draining, <br />curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface <br />and paving, by constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating storm sewers, <br />sanitary sewers and water mains, by reconstructing curbs, sidewalks and <br />driveway aprons, by acquiring and installing signals, signs and other <br />equipment and devices to direct ate. control traffic and by installing <br />undergroutd wires and cables for street lighting, all where necessary, <br />together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mr. McKay move to excuse the absence of Council Members Leonard and <br />Saringer; second by Mrs. Bahas; passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed, President Boehmer adjourned the special <br />meeting at 7:19 p.m. <br />:: ~,: <br />G~ 1 <br />Barbara L.
