PROPOSED ZONING CODE CHANGES <br />FEBRUARY 25, 1991 <br />Chapters 1133 through 1138 were reviewed. ~e following changes were <br />suggested: <br />1. Section 1133.05, pg. 45, remove the first paragraph. <br />2. Section 1133.07, pg. 46, in the List of Districts, add "D -Mixed <br />Use" <br />3. Section 1135.02, pg. 48, in paragraph A change the word "personal" <br />to "person". <br />4. Section 1135.02, pg. 49, in paragraph C (1), c~nge to read "a <br />private detached ggarage ~sll. hart exceed 750 sq. feet in total <br />floor area; 15 feet in height, .and not less than 20 feet in depth, <br />and 9 feet wide". <br />5. Section 1135.02, pg. 49, in paragraph C (3), acid: "Further provided <br />that any detached or attached ~tra,ffie and in combination <br />shall mt exceed 750 sq. feet". <br />6. Section 1135.02, pg. 49, paragraph D (1), add after the word <br />..exceeding", "Zx of the rear pard, but no large~ar than 200 sq. feet, <br />etc." Omit the entire sentence st8rtit~g with:~'an additional. 25 sq. <br />feet". <br />7. Section 1135.02, pg. 50, par.... F (1), drop the Words "or co®~act <br />evergreen hedge.. an<i, "hedges ~, be established....30 inches in <br />height at any time". <br />8. Section 1135.02, pg. 50, paragraph F (3), drop the wards "or compact <br />evergreen hedge". <br />9. Section 1135.02, pig. 50, paragraph I (1), drop the last sentence <br />starting with "a compact hedge". <br />10. Section 1135.05, pg. 53, paragraph B (2), portion should read "above <br />the average finish grade AT not OF the adjacent building wall". <br />11. Section 1135.07, pg. 53, paragraph A, drop portion of sentence, <br />"with the vehiculaz entrance thereto facing the street". <br /> <br />
