SUMMARY FOR PROPOSED ZONING CODE <br />`~"°' Chapter 1115.05 - Building Commissioner has a problem with story and a half. <br />We will redefine it at a later date. <br />Chapter 1118.02 - Pg. 23, paragraph B, the word "general" should be "generate". <br />Chapter 1123.04 - Pg. 31, fourth line from top should be "of" not "off". <br />Chapter 1123.06 - Paragragh E. pg. 31, define public garage. Change terminology <br />from public garage to repair garage. <br />Chapter 1123.09 - Revise Board of Zoning Appeals notices according to Bille <br />Oring's suggestions. (see attached) <br />Section 1123.10 - Pg. 33, first paragraph, eliminate Board of Appeals and <br />insert Planning Commission. <br />Chapter 1115.02 - Pg. 5, "Developwuent Area" means a parcel or parcels of land <br />not less than the minimum area of land, etc. <br />Chapter 1115.05 - Pg. 12, under "Building Height", fourth line, change the Word <br />"ride" to "ridge". <br />Chapter 1115.05 - Pg. i5, fifth paragraph, "1t~o-Family Dwelling", change <br />"fireproof" to "tenant" on the third line. <br />
