Council Mirnztes of 2/6/9 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED) <br />pavement rep acement, Phase II, from the Sunset Oval intersection, <br />westerly aril. southerly to the southerly portion. of Phase I, and fran the <br />intersection easterly to Columbia Road, as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, and. authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Miscellaneous Business <br />Mrs. finger ache ed a regular BZD Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on <br />Wednesday, February 13. <br />Mr. O'Grady scheduled a Safety Committee meeting for Monday, February 18 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The items on the agenda: Ordinances 91-3, 91-30, and a <br />request for changes in handicapped parking at the Senior Center. The <br />Safety Director and the Chief of Police are requested to atterxl. <br />Mr. Boehmer thanked Mrs. Babas and Mr. Nashar for taking over for him in <br />his time of need; they did ~ outstanding job. <br />Mr. Tallon moved to appoint Barbara Seman as Clerk of Council; second by <br />Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. <br />The following ordinances were assigned to the Finance Committee: 91-15, <br />91-31, 91-32, 91-33, 91-34, 91-35. Ordinance 91-30 was assigned. to the <br />Safety Co~mittee. Ordinance 91-17 and 91-42 were assigned to the <br />Streets and Drainage Committee. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Leonard; second by Mrs. <br />Saringer; passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being rw further business to <br />come before Council, President Fro Tem Nashar adjourned the meeting at <br />9:30 p.m. <br />_ ~_~ <br />~-" " ~ James D.
