Council Minutes of 11/17/92 <br />LEGISLATION (continued) <br />Nashar mov or option; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously <br />with four votes. Resolution No. 92-147 adopted without the emergency clause. <br />Ordinance No. 92-148 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was .given its third reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication a portico of Cambridge Crossings Estates sub- <br />division which includes Westminster Drive and. Alexandra Court. Mrs. Beringer <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passexl unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 92-148 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 92-154 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far bids for <br />2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-155 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a traffic control equipment easeanent located on property <br />owned by Manners Investment Limited Partnership and designated as Perm~nt <br />Parcel No. 232-26-3 by Cuyahoga County maps arxi records, said easement shown on <br />Exhibit "B", and declaring azi emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-156 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />the repair and refurbishing of a 1977 Seagrave Pt~rtper Fire Truck, and to further <br />advertise for bids for the purchase of a new pwnper fire truck as per specifica- <br />tions now on file in the office of the Director of Public Safety, and authorizing <br />the Mayor to contract for same arui declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-157 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water <br />line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land <br />owned by North Olmsted Golf Course, Inc. and Shore West Construction Company. <br />Ordinance No. 92-158 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its seco~ reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation ar~d maintenance of a water <br />line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land <br />owned by Hennie Homes, Inc. and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-162 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North 0].msted for the year ending December 31, 1992. <br />Resolution No. 92-163 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the improvement of Maria Lane and Rosita Lane, as detailed in the <br />specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for saw, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 92-164 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. <br />Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission <br />and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County <br />Auditor. <br />7 <br />
