An ordinance accepting for dedication the Pheasants Walk Subdivision which includes Pheasants Walk Drive, Wood Path Drive, and Quail Run, in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Nashar mov®cl for adoption.; second by Mrs. Beringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 88-27 adopted. Resolution No. 92-62 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the installation of an HVAC system and kitchen hoed with a suppression system arx3 related appurtenances at the co.ty cabin in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Leonard; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 92-62 adopted. Resolution No. 92-63 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. A resolution accepting for recording purpt~se only the resubdivi~ion plat of Parcels IA, IB and IC of the Developers Diversified, Ltd. and W, an~i Z. Resolution No. 92-65 introduced by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself ar~d the entire Council was given its third reading. A resolution supporting Jump-Start America aryd declaring an emergency as amended. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed ~manimously. Resolution No. 92-65 adopted. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for leasing of an improved software package for the telephone system for City Hall in the City of North Olmsted, and. declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 92-71 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading, An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of a stop sign on Martin Drive where the saw intersects with North Park Drive, thereby regulating traffic entering North Park Drive, and declaring an emergency.
