An ordinance approving the execution of an Enterprise Zone agreement and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 92-SI was introduced aril placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resolution requesting a revision to a provision in the Clean Air Act prohibiting the disposal of appliances con- taining freon and declaring an emergez~y. An ordinance approving a non-profit organization, the North Olmsted Commission on Paratransit, to facilitate paratransi.t services and meet the Ohio Department of Transportation Section 16(B)(2) requirements, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance approving a program within the City of North Olmsted, City of Olmsted Falls, and. Olmsted Township for the joint operation of a passenger bus to service the elderly and handicapped from said ccxnm~nities and the acquisition of same through a giant obtained from the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio, and declaring an emergency.
