AtsENAS <br />a.«a. submitted to the Ohio EPA no later than June 24, 1992. <br />To date, the CPC has completed several major tasks including a detailed inventory ~ the coeaplan and <br />quantity of solid waste gencaated by businesses, institutions and residents of tie Conaty; projectipns of <br />amounts and types of solid waste which will be gen+crated during the next ten years; and most itaportantly, <br />drafted strategies for wash redudioq recycling and solid waste disposal. <br />Prior to completion and submittal of the Draft Plan to the Ohio EPA, it is imperative that the City and <br />Village Councils, Township Trustees, and the appropriate admisustratve offiaaht of Cuyab~a Colusty <br />review the proposed majcu Plan etetnents with the Planniag Commission and its staff. Con$equetttly, a <br />series of regional meetings have bees schedtiled for late February and early March. <br />The meeting for your region has been sdteduled for 730 p.m., Tuesday, Mardi 10,19112. The mcetiag will <br />take place at the Rodq Ri~+er C[ty Haft/Mesaorisl Ha0 I.o~war Ixvel, 2191 1~oulersc~i, R+~ky <br />River, Ohio. The councils send administrations of Bay Village, Fairview Pant, Lakewood, North Clhnsted, <br />Roclry River and Westlake have also been invited to this meeting of the West Shore Region. <br />Once the Ohio EPA approves the Draft Plan, a Final Plan will be submitted to your Council for approval. <br />Therefore, your iepnt iatn the Plenain~ process at this pftase is critical. We arge you to attend this <br />important meeting and to invite your appropriate admini~stradve staff members as well. <br />I look forward to seeing you and all Couacif members on March 10th.
