A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") Agreement with the Cuyahoga County Soil and Water Conservation District ("SWCD") to provide the City of North Olmsted with Minimum Control Measures 1 & 2 in accordance with the requirements of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems ("NPDES") Phase II. An Ordinance amending Ordinance Nos. 2002-52 and 2001- 127 so as to provide that the Special Revenue Fund established by Ordinance No. 2001- 127, as thereafter amended by Ordinance No. 2002-52, shall be entitled the "Senior and Disabled Assistance Fund" and that revenues in said fund may be expended for accessibility studies and municipal infrastructure, facilities, program and service improvements required by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
