I overlooked having notices sent to the residents who had attended the Public <br />Hearing in August. Although I felt we were ready to recommend approval of this Ordinance we held it in <br />Committee and had our second meeting the 22"d of December making sure notification was sent to the <br />list of people from the public hearing. I am enclosing that list with this report for the public record. <br />Our attendance increased to a total of 5 people who also will be included with this report. We discussed <br />a few more items from the previous meeting and I then made a motion to recommended approval of <br />Ordinance 2009-63 creating a new Chapter 1163 Wind Energy Conversion Systems with the <br />amendments proposed and amended by the Planning and Design Commission plus the addition of the <br />words (for small and medium WECS) after the word insurance under section 1153.07 (b) (6) concerning <br />liability insurance was made and seconded by Mr. Gareau and the vote was 3-0 for approval. <br />I then made a motion to recommend approval of Oridnances 2009-64, 86 & 100 which are oridnances <br />amending the zone map of the City of North Olmsted to supplementally zone identified parcels of real <br />property to include them within the wind energy overlay district which was seconded by Mr. Gareau and <br />the vote for that was also 3-0 for approval. <br />Nothing else befor the committee the meeting was adjourned at 7:26 PM. <br />Mr. Presi nt I move prove Ordinance 2009-63 as amended by the Planning and Design <br />Commission as well as the a words ~~nall and medium S) after the o <br />insurance under section 1153.07 (b) (6) concerning liability ins ce and ask for a second. <br />Mr. President, I move to approve Ordinances 2009-64, 86 & 100 which amends the zone map of the City <br />North Olms supplementally zoi ~i€ied.,~arcels of real pro <br />wind energy overlay district and a list of parcels will be sub~i fitted-fcrf~he record and ask for a second. <br />~.~~,, <br />
