C <br />Council Minutes of 11-15-2011 <br />.~ <br />Resolution 2011-127 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Morris-Pontiac-GMC, <br />Inc. DBA Morris Cadillac-Buick-GMC, Inc. granting a license to access and utilize the <br />Recreation Center private driveway in conjunction with its approved site plan and <br />development, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to <br />suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br />Dennis Lambert, 25057 Carey Lane asked if Council was provided with at copy of the <br />agreement and if they read it, and Councilman Mahoney replied yes. <br />Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution 2011-127 adopted. <br />Resolution 2011-128 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to make application to <br />the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted for federal funding for the citywide traffic signal system project; further <br />authorizing funds for the required local match and additionally authorizing the Mayor to <br />accept the federal aid if awarded and to execute a contract for the same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend the rules requiring three <br />readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Brossard and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. Resolution <br />2011-128 adopted. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety Committee meeting for Tuesday, <br />November 22, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2011-122. The Mayor is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Brossard scheduled a Streets and Transportation Committee meeting for <br />Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss 2011-116. The Safety/Service <br />Director and Engineer are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />meeting for Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss 2011-120 and 2011- <br />121. The Mayor is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 22, <br />2011 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss 2011-118, 2011-123, 2011-124, 2011-125 and 3`d Quarter <br />Review.
