'"~ Council Minutes of 11-15-2011 Councilman Barker announced that there is a NOCCA meeting Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the 100' Bomb Group regarding discussions with Cleveland Water Department. Councilman Mahoney, Chairman of the Building, Zoning & Development Committee: The BZD Committee met Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. Present were committee members Mahoney and Barker; Council President Limpert; Council members Brossard, Schumann, Orlowski, and Williamson; Mayor Kennedy and Planning/Development Director Wenger; Mr. Robert Morris. • CMS11-19 Morris Cadillac GMC located at 26100 Lorain Road -This project calls for building and site improvements. There were two recommendations set forth by the Planning and Design Commission: that there is a change to landscape are north of the vehicle display area nearest to GMC building and the engineering requirement for cleaning the entire onsite drainage system will be taken care of. The committee voted 2-0 to recommend approval of CMS 11-19 Morris Cadillac GMC. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to approve CMS11-19 Morris Cadillac GMC located at 26100 Lorain Road with the conditions set forth by the Planning and Design Commission. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker. Roll Call: Mahoney, yes; Barker, yes with comment. Morns Cadillac is also celebrating today their one-year anniversary of coming to North Olmsted and we applaud that. My vote is yes. Roll Call continued: Schumann, yes; Brossard, yes; Williamson, yes; Orlowski, yes. CMS11-19 Morris Cadillac GMC approved. • CMS11-21 Ganley Hyundai located at 25870 Lorain Road -This consists of site improvements and building additions and renovations. The following were conditions set forth by the Planning and Design Commission: that the ACM system shall be continued along the entire length of the east and west walls, the north elevation will have a painted band to match the panels, the warranty parts shed is to be painted and the safety bollards are to be brushed stainless steel construction. The committee voted 2-0 to recommend approval of CMS 11-21 Ganley Hyundai. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to approve CMS 11-21 Ganley Hyundai located at 25870 Lorain Road with the conditions set forth by the Planning and Design Commission.
