LIMPERT: There is one item on <br />4 the agenda for this morning. This is a <br />5 continuation of special council meeting of <br />6 March 22nd. On the 22nd council heard <br />7 three hours of testimony presented by the <br />8 Mayor and his attorney and Mr. Ubaldi's <br />9 attorney. <br />to At that time there were a number <br />11 of exhibits presented. It seemed only <br />lz appropriate that council take some time to <br />13 review those exhibits so they may make the <br />14 very best decision possible. It was agreed <br />15 upon by all parties that there would, the <br />16 meeting would end that evening at sometime <br />17 after 11:00 and that we would come together <br />is Saturday morning at 9:00 for a vote. <br />19 What we'll be doing is we'll be <br />20 having two motions this morning.
