Councilman Mahoney made a motion to amend Ordinance 2011-12 to include the phrase "or the Vice Chairman in his absence shall conduct the business of the Board of Zoning Appeals". The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2011-12 amended. • Discussed next was Ordinance 2011-13 which is an Ordinance amending and re- establishing Chapter 147 of the Administrative Code entitled "Board of Building Code Appeals" in order to create the position of Vice Chairman and to eliminate the position of Secretary to the Board. The committee voted 2-0 for approval of Ordinance 2011-13 with amendment. Ordinance 2011-13 amended. • Discussed next was Ordinance 2011-14 which is an Ordinance amending and re- establishing Chapter 143 of the Administrative Code entitled "Boards and Commissions Generally" in order to clarify the duties of the Clerk of Commissions and to eliminate the position of Assistant Clerk of Commissions. The committee voted 2-0 for approval of Ordinance 2011-14. • Discussed last was Ordinance 2011-15 which is an Ordinance amending and re- establishing Chapter 149 of the Administrative Code entitled "Planning and Design Commission" in order to create the position of Vice Chairman, to eliminate reference to the Clerk of Commissions acting as Secretary to the Board and to amend the notice provision for homeowners associations. The committee voted 2-0 for approval of Ordinance 2011-15 with amendment.
