Council Minutes of 06-25-2012 <br />lowest and best bidder, after Board of Control approval. Councilman Barker moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. <br />'~' Resolution 2012-51 adopted. <br />Resolution 2012-58 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase for Division of Information Technology <br />use, various computers, licenses and servers, all through the State Purchase Program; and <br />further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such <br />purchase, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend <br />the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann <br />and passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-58 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution 2012-59 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution adopting the Alternative Tax Budget of the City of North Olmsted for the <br />fiscal year beginning January 1, 2013, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rule <br />requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-59 adopted. <br />Resolution 2012-60 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award <br />`''~' of a contract to construct improvements to the Waste Water Treatment Plant, as detailed <br />~""~ in the specifications on file in the Service Department, and authorizing the Mayor, <br />following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and <br />best bidder, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend <br />the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann <br />and passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Resolution 2012-60 <br />adopted. <br />Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman <br />Kearney.
