Council Minutes of 06-25-2012 lowest and best bidder, after Board of Control approval. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. '~' Resolution 2012-51 adopted. Resolution 2012-58 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase for Division of Information Technology use, various computers, licenses and servers, all through the State Purchase Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. A Resolution adopting the Alternative Tax Budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2013, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award `''~' of a contract to construct improvements to the Waste Water Treatment Plant, as detailed ~""~ in the specifications on file in the Service Department, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency.
