Council Minutes of 08-20-2013 <br />Director of Transportation to upgrade certain barrier end terminals on state and national <br />highway routes within the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance 2013-79 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />Schumann. An Ordinance designating the Knight-Biddulph House, located at 4302 Porter <br />Road, as an official North Olmsted Landmark. <br />Resolution 2013-80 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution dispensing with the formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into an agreement with Poly-Tech Associates in order to provide the Civil Service <br />Commission with consulting services for competitive examinations, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday August 27, <br />2013, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2013-75, 2013-76, 2013-77 and 2013-80. The Mayor, <br />Finance Director and Human Resources Director are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Brossard scheduled a Streets and Transportation Committee meeting for <br />Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss 2013-78. The Safety/Service Director <br />is asked to attend. <br />», Councilman Kearney scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />` meeting for Tuesday August 27, 2013 at 7:40 p.m. to discuss 2013-79. The <br />Planning/Development Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilwoman Williamson Scheduled a Public Safety Committee meeting for Tuesday <br />August 27, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. to discuss 2013-72 and liquor permits.
