Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; motian passed unanimously. Resolution No. 93-126 a~pted. Resolution No. 93~-127 was introduced ar~d placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for partial depth concrete joint repair of various streets in the City of North Olmsted,. as per apecifieatans now on file in his office, aryd authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an ~nergency. Resolution No. 93-128 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for cracksealing on various struts in the City of North Olmsted, as per specifica- tions nDw on file in his office, axxl authorizing the Mayor to contract for sffime and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 93-129 was introduced and placed oci first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for. bids for pulva--nai.xing on various streets in the City of North Olmsted, as per s~ecfica- tions new on file in his office, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 93-130 was introduced anci placed an first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 93-131 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-132 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. An ordinance accepting storm sewer easements located south of Maple Ridge Road in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Miscellaneous Business Mr. McKay ache a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for 6:55 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19. Mr. Lind scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19, aril requested that the Finance Director and Service Director attend. Mr. Nashar scheduled a Streets & Drainage Committee meeting for 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, aril requested the Service Director attend. 8
