Council Minutes of 6/15/93 <br />LEGISLATI(~T (continued) <br />Or ce No. 3- was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the prohibition of truck traffic on a portion of Country Club <br />Boulevard. <br />Resolution No. 93-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />A resolution adopting the bit of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year <br />beg'rm;n~u January 1, 1994, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, acid <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance establishing a policy of the payment of incentive bemuses to <br />employees of the city other than elected officials, Directors or Division Heads <br />for suggesting and having implemented cost saving measures in the operation of <br />the city. <br />Resolution No. 93-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />computer hardware, software, printers associated. therewith, and electrical <br />equipment together with any mrficatioms deemed appropriate for the installation <br />of a network ccxnputer system servicing the City of North Olmsted, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-90 was introduced anti placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of no parking signs on the east side of Westview <br />Drive beginning at the south curb of Lorain Road and. contirniing south for two <br />hundred feet., and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-91 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of no parking signs on the waest side of Westview <br />Drive beginning at the south curb of Lorain Road and continuing south for two <br />hundred feet, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 93-92 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance aril sale of $150,000 notes, in asnticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets <br />in the city's street system by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the <br />pavement base, widening, preparing the surface arbd paving with concrete or <br />asphalt, by reconstructing and. rehabilitating water mains, water service <br />connections, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service connections, by <br />constructing and reconstructing sideavalks, driveway aprons, storm sewers and <br />catch basins, and by installing underground and above-grouryd wires and cables for <br />street lighting, all where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 93-93 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. <br />An ordinance providing for the sai.ssion to the electors of the City of North <br />Olmsted of an amendment to Article VII of Section 2 (e) of the Charter providing <br />for an exception for mandatory referral to electors when zoning to senior <br />residence use, and declaring an emergency. <br />7 <br />sia.!xc _ ,.... ..,.~., .xawxasursi+r*-irk ~.~.:u<s„r'!9%~'~ <br />
