An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the prohibition of truck traffic on a portion of Country Club Boulevard. Resolution No. 93-87 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resolution adopting the bit of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beg'rm;n~u January 1, 1994, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, acid declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-88 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance establishing a policy of the payment of incentive bemuses to employees of the city other than elected officials, Directors or Division Heads for suggesting and having implemented cost saving measures in the operation of the city. Resolution No. 93-89 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids for the purchase of computer hardware, software, printers associated. therewith, and electrical equipment together with any mrficatioms deemed appropriate for the installation of a network ccxnputer system servicing the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of no parking signs on the east side of Westview Drive beginning at the south curb of Lorain Road and. contirniing south for two hundred feet., and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-91 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of no parking signs on the waest side of Westview Drive beginning at the south curb of Lorain Road and continuing south for two hundred feet, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 93-92 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance providing for the issuance aril sale of $150,000 notes, in asnticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's street system by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface arbd paving with concrete or asphalt, by reconstructing and. rehabilitating water mains, water service connections, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service connections, by constructing and reconstructing sideavalks, driveway aprons, storm sewers and catch basins, and by installing underground and above-grouryd wires and cables for street lighting, all where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 93-93 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle.
