MINUTES OF TEH'; SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLM.STED <br />MAY 17, 1993 <br />7 P.M. <br />Present: Council President BoeYmer, Council Members Babas, Lind, McKay, <br />Musial, Nashar <br />Also Present: Service Director Ralph Bohlmann, Clerk of Council Barbara Seman <br />Absent: Council Members Leonard and Saringer <br />Council President Boehmer called the special meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. in <br />Council's conference room, 5200 Dover Center Road, North OLested, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Or finance No. 93-72 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $400,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bands, for the .purpose of acquiring real estate and paying <br />costs of constructing a fire station thereon. <br />Mr. Musial moved to excuse the absence of Council Members Leonard arxi Beringer; <br />second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being r~ further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the meeting at 7:06 p.m. <br />4:C,G~h.rc~ ~G~z--- <br />Barbara L.
