MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />APRIL 19, 1993 <br />7 P.M. <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Leonard, Lind, McKay, <br />Musial, Nashar, Saringer <br />Also Present: Service Director Ralph Bohlmarn, Clerk of Council Barbara Seman <br />Absent: Council Member Bahas <br />Council President Boehc~r called the special meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. in <br />Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordnance No. 92-4$ introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading as <br />amended. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $260,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring, for use by <br />the Department of Public Service, two two-and-one-half-ton trucks, a three-ton <br />tandem dump truck, a one-half-ton pickup truck, a one-ton chipper truck, a <br />sweeper and a small loader backhoe, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />thereto, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 92-49 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its secorxl reading as <br />amended. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $250,000 notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of acquiring a fire truck, <br />together with the necessary equipment and appurtenances thereto, as amended. <br />Mr. Leonard moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Bahas; second by Mr. McKay; <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come <br />before Council, President Boehmer adjourned the special meeting at 7:03 p.m. <br />amen Boeler, Presi ent of uncil <br /> <br />
