Council Minutes of 8/16/94 Ordinance No. 94-112 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance establishing the organizational chart and con~ositian of emergency central di~atch and declaring an egency. Mr. Nashar moved for su~ension of the n~les requiring three readings and co review; second by Mrs. Bahas; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 94-113 was intmduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle on behalf of himself and the entire Council. A resohrtion authorizing the Personnel and Administrative Services Director to advertise for bids for a group life insurance program to cover all City of North Ohm~ed non-bargaining unit employees. Ordinance No. 94-114 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the sale of surplus city owned real estate located at the west terminus of Beaumont Drive and identified as Permanent Parcel Nu~er 231-26-12 on the Cuyahoga County Auditor's records, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-115 was i~roduced and phced on firs reading by Mayor Boyle. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the sale of surplus city owned vacant property on the southwest side of Barton Road and situated to the southeast side of Bradley Road and bearing Permanent Parcel Number 234-06-005, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-116 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Limpert. An ordinance establishing a new Section 135.07 of the Codified Ordinances entitled `2+Ionthly Reports Required" of Chapter 135 entitled "Department of Finance." Ordinance No. 94-117 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance amending the traffic control f le of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of "No Parking" signs on Le$ern Drive from Claque Road west to Walter Road with said signs being placed upon the north side of LeBem Drive from Claque Road to Hawkins Road and on the south siCie of LeBern Drive from Hawkins Road to Walter Road and declaring the same to be an emergency. Resolution No. 94-118 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. A resohxtion requesting the placement of noise barriers along Interstate 480, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 94-119 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Bahas. An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of Narth Olmsted of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted relating to the establishment of a Department of Budget and Management, and declaring an emergency. 9 ~.~~ ..,~.
