Resoh~tion No. 95-161 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 95-165 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on behalf <br />of Mayor Boyle. An ordinance ratifying and confirming the sale of cd#y awaecl property <br />known as Permanent Parcel No. 231-26-12 (Beaumont Drive Recreation Area) and <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract on behalf of the city for saw and declariflg <br />an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three s; <br />second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lmd moved for adoption; <br />second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 95-165 adopted. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mrs. Saringer; second by Mr. Lind; motion <br />passed ~inanimously. <br />Mr. Miller expressed thanks to Council for the opportunity to serve and said it had been a <br />rewarding and enjoyable experience.
