`. <br />~ 11IINUTES OF THE S?ECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />SEPTEMBER 6,1995 <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Limpert (arrived at 8:05), <br />Lind, McKay, Miller, Nashar, Saringer <br />Also Present: Clerk of Council Seman <br />Absent: Council Member Musial <br />Council President Boehmer called the special meeting to order at 8 p.m. in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Resolution No. 95-110 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. A <br />resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Ohm~ed for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 1996, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Lmd moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 95-110 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-120 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to submit and seek financial askance <br />from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of various mnmcipal <br />capital infrastructure improvements projects, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lmd <br />moved for suspension of the rule requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 95-120 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 95-122 introduced by Mr. McKay on behalf of Mr. Liad was given its <br />second readmg. A xesohrtion authorizing the Director of Pubfic Service to advertise for <br />bids for roof repairs at the North Olmsted Police Station, City Hall, Senior Center and <br />Community Cabin, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the, rule requiring three readings; second <br />by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. (Mr. Limpert arrived and t~k his seat.) Mr. <br />Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 95-122 adopted. <br />n <br />
