MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCII. <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MAY 11,1995 <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Limpert, Lmd, McKay, <br />Musial, Nashar, Saringer <br />Also Present: Clerk of Council Semen <br />Absent: Council Member Miller <br />Council President Boehmer called the special meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 95-64 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $3,830,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's street system <br />by grading, draining, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the surface and <br />surfacing and resurfacing, by constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating catch basins, <br />curbs, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service connections, sidewalks, <br />storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and by installing street <br />lighting, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 95-65 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $2,025,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal sanitary sewer system by constructing, <br />reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections <br />and constructing a retention basin for a lift station, together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 95-66 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. An ordinance <br />providing for the issuance and sale of $670,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of <br />bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's storm water drainage system by <br />constructing, reconstructing and otherwise improving storm sewers, culverts, retention <br />basins and other storm water drainage facilities, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />and work incidental thereto. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Miller; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed, President Boehmer adjourned the special meeting at <br />64 m ~ <br />,- ~ ~ ~- ~ <br />,.-~ ~ ~ ;=~-~-x~-ter <br />Barbara L.
