OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE C1TY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MAY 10,1995 <br />Present: Council President Boehmer, Council Members Limpert, Lmd, McKay, <br />Miller, Musial, Nashar, Saringer <br />Also Present: Clerk of Council Seman <br />Council President Boehmer called the special meeting to order at 6:45 p.m in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 95-33 introduced by Council Members Nashar, Limpert and Saringer was <br />given its second readmg. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1363 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled Real Property Maintenance <br />Code. <br />Ordinance No. 95-64 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $3,830,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city's <br />street system by grading, draining, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the <br />surface and surfacing and resurfacing, by constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating <br />catch basins, curbs, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service <br />connections, sidewalks, storm sewers and water mains and water service connections and <br />by installing street lighting, together with necessary appurtenances and work incidental <br />thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 95-65 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,025,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the municipal sanitary sewer system by <br />constructing, reconstructing, rehabilitating and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary <br />sewer connections and constructing a retention basin for a lift station, together with the <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 95-66 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $670,000 notes, in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the city's storm water drainage system by <br />constructing, reconstructing and otherwise improving storm sewers, culverts, retention <br />basins and other storm water drainage facilities, together with the necessary appurtenances <br />and work incidental thereto. Mr. Lind noted that the fiscal officer's certificates were <br />attached to Ordinance Nos. 95-64, 95-65 and 95-66. <br />'~ <br />
