Council Minutes of 9/3/96 <br />::;~~. <br />Mr. O'Grady scheduled along-Range Planning Committee meeting for 7:30 p.m. on <br />Monday, September 9, for the continuing discussion of long-range goals. <br />Mr. O'Grady reminded Council Members that aCouncil-as-a-Whole meeting would be <br />held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, to discuss the subject of Mayoral <br />succession.
