Special Council Minutes of 7/22/96 <br />Resolution No. 96-119 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on behalf <br />of Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for <br />bids for the improvements in the Mill Road area as detailed in the specifications on file and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second <br />by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-119 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-120 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on behalf <br />of Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for <br />bids for the sanitary sewer retention system and site improvement at Clague Park as <br />detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. <br />Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 96-120 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-121 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Boyle. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with G & T Associates, Inc. to provide construction surveying services for the Clague <br />Park sanitary sewer retention improvement project, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second <br />by Mr. 0' Grady; motion passed unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-121 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-122 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind on behalf <br />of Mr. McKay. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for <br />bids for drainage improvements in the Duane Road area and the Woodside Drive area as <br />detailed in the specifications on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings and committee review; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Mr. <br />Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously.
