Council Minutes of 2/6/96 moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-3 adopted. Ordinance No. 96-8 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the Director of Transportation. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-8 adopted. Ordinance No. 96-9 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 1701.01 (a) and 1701.01 (b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-9 adopted. Resolution No. 96-10 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction of catch basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-10 adopted. Resolution No. 96-11 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the videotaping of sewers at various locations in the city, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-12 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Howard, Needles, Tammen and Bergendoff to provide engineering services pertaining to removal of the bike path from the plans for the proposed Crocker-Stearns Road in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-13 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter unto an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company to provide engineering services for the Brookpark culvert drainage study and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 96-14 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to petition the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for the annexation of those portions of Springvale Golf Course and Country Club situated in Olmsted Township, Ohio, to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
