Council Minutes of 2/6/96 <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 96-3 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-8 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, <br />in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the <br />Director of Transportation. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-8 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 96-9 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />amending Section 1701.01 (a) and 1701.01 (b) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 96-9 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-10 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for construction of catch <br />basin, manhole, sidewalk, curbing and pavement repairs at various locations in the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by <br />Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Resolution No. 96-10 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 96-11 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for the <br />videotaping of sewers at various locations in the city, as detailed in the specifications on <br />file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-12 introduced by Mayor Boyle and the entire Council was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North <br />Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Howard, Needles, Tammen and Bergendoff to <br />provide engineering services pertaining to removal of the bike path from the plans for the <br />proposed Crocker-Stearns Road in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-13 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter unto an agreement <br />with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company to provide engineering services <br />for the Brookpark culvert drainage study and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-14 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted, to petition the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for <br />the annexation of those portions of Springvale Golf Course and Country Club situated in <br />Olmsted Township, Ohio, to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 96-15 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading.
