The Mayor said it would be worthwhile to discuss <br />the issue with those residents. Mr. Nashar said, with the inclusion of the 16 to 20 foot <br />sound barrier in the plans, the residents of Pheasants Walk and Forest Ridge might have <br />concerns about how the bike path will decrease the right-of way. <br />Mr. O'Grady asked that the day/evening/weekend use of the traffic light at Al Moen Drive <br />be investigated with the idea of changing to a flashing signal during non-use periods. <br />Mr. Limpert scheduled a Transportation Committee meeting for 7 p.m on January 22. <br />Mr. Bohlmann or a representative from the Engineering Department is asked to attend. <br />Mayor Boyle asked for volunteers to work at a "tele-blitz" sponsored by the Greater <br />Cleveland Growth Association. Vohinteers would telephone companies in the city in an <br />effort to establish lines of communication between the city government and city <br />businesses. <br />Mr. McKay scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 7 p.m, on <br />Tuesday, January 30. The meeting will be held to discuss carbon monoxide detectors, and <br />he will ask for input from the Buildmg Commissioner and Fire Chief. <br />Mrs. Saringer scheduled a joint Recreation and Finance Committee meeting for 7:15 p.m. <br />on Monday, January 22. Mr. Burns and Mr. Bohlmann are asked to attend. <br />Mr. O'Grady scheduled a joint meeting of the Long-Range Planning and Finance <br />Committees for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7. Mr. Bums is asked to attend. <br />Mr. Musial scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for <br />7:30 p.m, on Tuesday, January 30, for a general discussion of the Master Plan. <br />Mr. Nashar moved to excuse the absence of President Boehmer and Councilman Lind; <br />second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Pro Tem Musial adjourned the meeting at 9:02 p.m. <br />~. <br />,~ <br />Barbara L.
