Council Minutes of 12/15/98 Mrs. Saringer noted that Mrs. Kasler had been selected as a magistrate for the ~,* Community Youth Diversion Program and expressed congratulations from everyone. Mrs. Kasler expressed her thanks. LEGISLATION Ordinance No. 98-111 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Sections 1139.01 and 1145.03 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, to change the conditions under which animal hospitals and pet shops are permitted uses within the General Retail Business District of the city, and providing for dog and cat kennels to become permitted uses within the Limited Industry-Industrial Park District of the city. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-111 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-132 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 1321.01 of Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees," in order to establish permit and inspection fees for wireless communications towers, antenna, and related facilities, as amended, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-132 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-134 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council-at-Large members for the term of office commencing January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2003. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-134 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-135 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1999, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption; second by Mr. Limpert; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-135 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-139 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 171.06 of Chapter 171 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Community Reinvestment," in order to provide a new procedure and a new fee schedule for the review of tax exemption applications, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for adoption; second by Mr. Gareau; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-139 adopted. Ordinance No. 98-140 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 97-124 which provided for the imposition of a $50 administrative fee upon parents and other guardians of juveniles who violated program guidelines for the Youth Development Program's (YDP) Restitution Project, and declaring an emergency.
