Council Minutes of 3/18/98 Ordinance No. 98-15 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An a, 6 ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the agreement for the establishment of the Westshore Council of Governments and the Bylaws of the Westshore Enforcement Bureau, as further described in Exhibit "A" and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-16 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1998. Ordinance No. 98-17 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its second reading. An ordinance creating new Section 505.13 of Chapter 505 of the General Offenses Codes entitled "Animals & Fowl" to require rabies vaccination of cats and dogs, and provide criminal penalties against pet owners who fail to comply, as amended. Ordinance No. 98-18 introduced by Mrs. Kasler was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 97-49 of the City of North Olmsted, which establishes positions and compensation for positions at North Olmsted Springvale Golf Course, so as to eliminate the position of Course Supervisor and increase the pay range for the position of Greens Supervisor, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Kasler moved to table; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-18 tabled. Ordinance No. 98-19 introduced by Mrs. Kasler was given its second reading. An ordinance creating a new Section 135.08 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted which new section shall be entitled "Segregation of Funds for Capital Improvement Projects." Ordinance No. 98-23 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. O'Grady on behalf of Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with RWL Architects, Inc. to provide architectural services for the design of Springvale ADA improvements and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-24 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Schmidt Copeland Parker Stevens to provide architectural services for the design of Old Town Hall improvements and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 98-25 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Polytech, Inc. to provide architectural and engineering services for the design of the ice rink roof improvements and declaring an emergency. 8
