Council Minutes of S/3/99 <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />.,,~, President Saringer made the following committee assignments: Ordinance 99-85 to the <br />Recreation Committee; Ordinances 99-87 through 99-99 and 99-101 to the Finance <br />Committee; Ordinances 99-100 and 99-102 to the BZD Committee; Resolutions 99-103 <br />and 99-104 to the Legislative Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. O'Grady scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 6 p.m. on August 10. The <br />Finance Director is invited to attend and anyone else the Mayor would like to have <br />attend. <br />Mr. Gareau scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for <br />Wednesday, August 11, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 99-77, 79, 100, 102 and <br />Planning Commission items. Planning Chairperson Tallon is asked to attend and Mr. <br />Nauer of First Energy, Mr. Khoury of Carnegie Management and Development and Mr. <br />Graham of Great Northern Dodge. (Mrs. Saringer said she had some information on the <br />lighting ordinances from the past when a lighting expert from Nela Park had given the <br />city information and she would pass it on to Mr. Gareau.) <br />Mr. Limpert scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long-Range <br />Planning Committee meeting immediately following the special Council meeting on <br />August 10 to discuss Resolutions 99-103 and 99-104. <br />Mrs. Kasler scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for August 10 immediately <br />following the Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation; Long-Range Planning <br />Committee meeting to discuss Ordinance 99-85. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Saringer adjourned the meeting at 9:48 p.m. <br /> <br />Barbara L.
