MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />~; ~'` OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />DECEMBER 28, 2000 <br />Present: Council President Saringer, Council Members Kasler, Limpert, McKay, <br />Miller, Nashar, O'Grady <br />Also Present: Finance Director/Acting Clerk of Council Copfer <br />Council President Saringer called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. in Council Chambers, <br />5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 2000-173 was introduced and placed on first reading by Councilman <br />McKay. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2000. <br />Councilman McKay moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and <br />committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman O'Grady and passed <br />unanimously. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-173 adopted. <br />Councilman McKay moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Gareau. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. <br />With the agenda being completed, President Saringer adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br />l j <br />L.
