An <br />ordinance creating new Section 929.04 of Chapter 929 of the Streets, Utilities and Public <br />Services Code, entitled "Underground Utilities and Communications Systems" to require <br />the construction of underground service drops or connections from the public right-of- <br />way or utility easement to commercial buildings in the City of North Olmsted, which are <br />in the process of development or redevelopment, and declaring an emergency as <br />amended. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-108 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-81 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance creating new and revised Sections 1136.04 and 1136.05 of Chapter 1136 of the <br />Zoning Code, entitled respectively, "Permitted Buildings and Uses, and "Area and <br />Density Requirements," so as to permit golf courses, and buildings associated with and/or <br />related to the operation of golf courses, as accessory uses in Single Family Cluster (SFC) <br />Districts of the city as amended. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-81 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 2000-125 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the President of Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 2002 and ending <br />December 31, 2005 and declaring an emergency as amended. Councilman McKay <br />moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-125 adopted. <br /> <br />10 <br />
