An ordinance creating new Section 929.04 of Chapter 929 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, entitled "Underground Utilities and Communications Systems" to require the construction of underground service drops or connections from the public right-of- way or utility easement to commercial buildings in the City of North Olmsted, which are in the process of development or redevelopment, and declaring an emergency as amended. Councilman Gareau moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 99-108 adopted. Ordinance No. 2000-81 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance creating new and revised Sections 1136.04 and 1136.05 of Chapter 1136 of the Zoning Code, entitled respectively, "Permitted Buildings and Uses, and "Area and Density Requirements," so as to permit golf courses, and buildings associated with and/or related to the operation of golf courses, as accessory uses in Single Family Cluster (SFC) Districts of the city as amended. Councilman Nashar moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-81 adopted. Ordinance No. 2000-125 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the President of Council of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2005 and declaring an emergency as amended. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2000-125 adopted. 10
