Council Minutes of 6/20/2000 Committee. She is a very new member of the committee, but the other members are ~,~: educating her that ADA projects are looked upon very favorable by the county. When awarding grant funds, this will be a plus for the city. The committee felt that having the ADA plan in place would first delineate the projects that we need to look at and, secondly, demonstrate the city's best effort to address those critical needs. Resolution No. 2000-71 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Musial. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for replacement of carpeting in the warming area and the food service area for the ice rink at the North Olmsted Recreation Center in the City of North Olmsted as detailed in the specif cations on file and authorizing the Mayor to contract for the same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and committee review; second by Mr. O'Grady; motion passed unanimously. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Metcalf & Eddy to provide engineering services for the hydraulic analyses and preparation of construction documents for dewatering centrifuge improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency.
