MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />FEBRUARY 3, 2000 <br /> <br /> <br />~[LaW< <br />Present: Acting President Pro Tem Miller, Council Members Limpert, McKay, <br />Nashar, O'Grady <br />Also Present: Clerk of Council Seman <br />Absent: Council President Saringer, Council President Pro Tem Gareau and <br />Council Member Kasler <br />At 7:03 p.m., Mr. Limpert made a motion to open the Council meeting. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. O'Grady and unanimously passed. <br />Mr. O'Grady made a motion to appoint Mr. Miller as acting President Pro Tem for the <br />meeting. The motion was seconded by Mr. Nashar and unanimously passed. <br />President Pro Tem Miller took the chair and, after the roll call, directed that the meeting <br />proceed into Legislation. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 98-131 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted in <br />order to supplementally zone the hereinafter described parcels of real property, so as to <br />include them within the new Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Overlay District <br />("WTFO") of the City of North Olmsted as twice amended. Mr. Nashar moved for <br />adoption; second by Mr. McKay; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 98-131 <br />adopted. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of President Saringer and Council Members <br />Kasler and Gareau. The motion was seconded by Mr. Limpert and unanimously passed. <br />With the agenda being completed, President Pro Tem Miller adjourned the meeting at <br />7:05 p.m. <br />{{/ r <br />t} ~ <br />.>~. <br />'. -, <br />f <br />Barbara L.
