Ordinance No. 2002-81 introduced by Councilmen Nashaz and McKay was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by changing the hereinafter described parcel of real property located at 31515 Lorain Road from Limited Industry-Industrial Park District to Motorist Service District. Councilman Nashaz moved for adoption, and the motion was seconded by Councilman McKay. An ordinance amending Section 1149.02, 1149.03, 1149.041 and 1149.07 of Chapter 1149 of the Zoning Code (Mixed Use District) in order to provide more flexibility for land development in Mixed Use District "D," and further to protect adjacent residezrtial districts from the adverse impacts of development in this Mixed Use District classification. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashaz and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-118 adopted. Ordinance No. 2002-119 introduced by Councilmen McKay and Nashaz was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted by changing the hereinafter described approximately 24-acre vacant pazcel of land along the north side of Brookpark Road, between Great Northern Boulevazd and Columbia Road, and commonly known as "Parcel E," from Office Use District to Mixed Use "D" District. Councilman McKay moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Nashar and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-119 adopted. Ordinance No. 2002-124 introduced by Mayor Musial was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 1317 of the Building Code entitled "Registration and Licensing of Contractors," as amended. Councilman Dailey movexi to amend Ordinance 2002-124 by deleting Section 1317.04(e)1. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 2002-124 was amended and reverted back to second reading. Councilman Dailey moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings.
